To get started, download and print out the survey template and survey example results. Bring them to class.

Follow the instructions you received in class to create, conduct, analyze, and present a group survey.
Keep these points in mind when conducting a survey:
1st - Decide what you want to find out with your survey.
2nd - Take your time to write clear questions.
3rd - Clearly explain what you are doing to the survey responder.
4th - Collect the responses as soon as possible. You must interview at least 10 different people for each member of your group.
5th - Analyze the data and make your data charts.*
6th - Type up your report. Put your charts into the WORD file.
Finally - Report/Present your results in class. Bring two copies.
